Our Buyer Loyalty Agreement

This is an agreement that allows us to make sure we deliver on our mission.
 
First, it allows us to focus on our best clients. Those clients receive extra bonuses as well as two guarantees.
 

Bonuses

  • Nobody likes paperwork. There are on average 500+ pages when buying a home. We offer Free Licensed Document Management ($500 Value).
  • When you Own a Home… Things Break. A Home Warranty will help fix some of the issues you may come across in the first year of owning your home you buy with us. If we can’t negotiate for the seller to buy you a home warranty, we will buy one for you. ($500+ Value)
  • Who do you trust? We have a Discounted Vendor List to make your life easier. (Inspectors for home, roof, termite as well as home design, painting & flooring contractor, cleaning and much more) If you need a lot of vendors, this could save you a lot $$$.
  • Qualify for a loan in less than 24 hours. Just like Realtors, there are many lenders to choose from. We’ve worked with a TON, and Nick is our favorite. (we will connect you with a trusted local lender, Nick Shea)
  • Earnest Money Back Guarantee (when using Nick Shea @ Franklin Loan Center**)
  • Lender Covered Appraisal. When using Nick Shea @ Franklin Loan Center, you will be credited the cost of your appraisal fee. ***

Guarantees 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee. Buyer(s) may, for any reason whatsoever, cancel this agreement. Buyer(s) must make a written request and give reason. If you had a bad experience, we’d want to know what to change so it doesn’t happen again
Our Buyer Remorse Guarantee. We are so committed to you finding the perfect home that if you’re not 100% satisfied with the home you purchase with us representing you, we will sell it for no listing fee. There are two conditions that apply. Inorder to take advantage of the program, you must notify us no later than 12 months after the close of escrow and you must purchase another home using SBLuxuryGroup to represent you as the buyer agent in the purchase.
 
To make sure we have the ability to service you, only take on as many clients as we can handle. Our clients that are under agreement with us always come first.
