Would you sell for 15% more than you think your home is worth right now?

Something most people are shocked to hear is that people are still buying houses. But because you're following this newsletter, you already know this. You also know I've been sharing that Orange County is reacting differently than the rest of the country.

I saw a post the other day that I wanted to share.

Orange County is on top of the list for the entire country for median home price appreciation. I also found it very interesting that they noted (outside LA). Orange County has always been lumped into LA's housing market stats, because OC was a secret to most of the country.

15% price appreciation in the first quarter of the year. That is HUGE appreciation numbers for three months.

Those numbers are similar to those we saw in 2020 and 2021. They will also continue to move in this direction. Will prices keep going up at this rate? I don't think so. But I also didn't think prices would increase this much all year, let alone the first three months.

Remember that this is all before interest rates come down...

If there was ever a time to "Name Your Price," it is coming soon. Speaking of name your price, I talked about our Off-Market Opportunities in a previous newsletter. If you want to know more about that program, go to this page.

The short version is that you can sell your home without listing it. You can also do that and still sell for a premium.

Homeowners, your home value has definitely changed, and I can promise that your online estimates are wrong. We are constantly selling homes for dramatically more than those estimates. So before you say to yourself, "I know what my home is worth," you might want to hear what we think it's worth.

Here is what you can do to check your home's new value...

    1. Go to TrackYourValue.com and fill out the form

    2. You'll receive an instant estimate

    3. We will reach out to get some more info on your home

    4. We'll put together a free Market Analysis (an appraisal) of your home's true value

There is no cost or obligation to do this, so why not? Or if you would prefer to talk about it, you can reach out to us at (949) 649-4902.

If you have any thoughts of making a move in the next year or so, you should be having a conversation sooner than later.
